Changes to orders after checkout
So long as we haven't started your order you can make changes to your order by getting in touch, this isn't always guaranteed as if we have stock we may have already dispatched the order so its best to get in touch ideally within 3 hours of placing an order.
Exchange policy
All paid for items will be dispatched within 3-4 working days, you will receive confirmation on this via email.

Refunds for lost items in the mail can be claimed for providing all necessary checks have been done and a claim has been opened by our couriers.

Exchanges can only be made when an item has arrived damaged.
